About Me: Claire E. Dixon is a corporate vice president and the chief communications officer at Intel Corporation. She leads the global communications team in protecting and promoting the company’s reputation, and oversees public relations, industry analyst relations, employee communications, stakeholder engagement and thought-leadership campaigns.
A respected global communications leader, Dixon joined Intel in 2019 from VMware where she served as senior vice president and chief communications officer. During her tenure, she helped drive improved brand reputation, employee engagement and significant external recognition for the company and CEO. Prior to VMware, she was vice president of global communications at eBay and led all aspects of the company’s external communications, as well as eBay’s global impact team. Earlier in her career, Dixon held senior leadership positions at a number of global companies, including driving corporate responsibility strategy for GlaxoSmithKline (GSK); leading European communications for GSK Consumer Healthcare; and managing U.K. communications at Unilever, among others.
