About Me: Nicoletta has worked in Vodafone Italia in the Marketing Function, following Trade Marketing activities for Center Italy area. Since 2001 she has been working in the Enel Group following the Trade Marketing activities, events and sponsorships for the entire Italian perimeter in one of the company Groups. Since 2013 she has been working in Enel Green Power in the Sustainability Unit.

The main projects followed thenceforth are:

• Creating Shared Value model design, development and implementation in all business phases activation and consolidation the Sustainability performance reporting process (quali-quantitative) for the Financial Report, also activating an employee engagement process to expand the contents and spread them to the company
• Definition and management assessment process in response to analysts and investors questionnaires for sustainability issues
• Design and implementation of construction site, office and plant sustainability models all focused on the mitigation of the impacts and the performance measurement
• Participation in the realization of a book on the Indigenous Peoples "Voice of People, Voice of Nature"
