About Me: As Head of Environment at TD Bank Group, Nicole Vadori leads the Bank's enterprise environmental strategy to help deliver on the bank's vision of creating a more inclusive and sustainable tomorrow. In this role Nicole leads a team of passionate subject matter experts, and works with internal business partners and external stakeholders, to help drive positive business results and elevate the quality of the environment so that people and economies can thrive. TD's environmental efforts include managing environmental risk, pursuing opportunities to help accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy, and building community resilience through philanthropy and strategic investments in green spaces and natural areas. She is a proponent of linking positive environmental impact with business opportunities, and has been a key player in advancing TD's environmental efforts, including the formalization of TD's Green Bond Program, the development of TD's $100 billion target towards the low carbon economy by 2030, and the consideration of climate-related risk within TD's key business segments.

Prior to TD, she was an engineering consultant working across industries and geographies to reduce environmental impacts and advised on climate change. Nicole holds a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto, and a Masters in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
