About Me: Alberto is a lawyer of the University of Chile, Master in Political Communication and Public Affairs Adolfo Ibañez University, certificate in Ethics and Compliance (CCEP-I) has specialized in transparency and access to public information, open government, fight against corruption and administrative law.

Since March 2014, he has been the Executive Director of the Chilean Chapter of Transparency International.

Since September 2018, he serves as member of Transparency International Board of Directors.

He served as President of the Citizens' Defender and Transparency Commission of the Government of Chile, between 2010 and 2014.

In his professional experience he also stands out as having been the Executive Director of the Mi Voz newspaper network, as well as having served as a parliamentary advisor in the Chilean Senate and as a consultant in public and private entities, both national and foreign.
