About Me: Megan O’Donnell is the Policy Manager for Gender Issues at the ONE Campaign, where she leads the organization’s integration of a gender lens into advocacy on a range of international development issues, including health, education, economic empowerment, and transparency. Previously, she coordinated the gender and development program at the Center for Global Development, where she focused primarily on issues of women’s economic empowerment and financial inclusion. She has previously worked for the Inter-American Development Bank, CARE, the International Center for Research on Women and the Middle East Institute. Megan has an MPhil from the University of Oxford and a BA from the University of Virginia.
