About Me: Holly A. Duckworth is VP & Chief Learning Officer of Kaiser Aluminum. Before joining Kaiser Aluminum, she held a series of progressively responsible positions at TRW Automotive in Continuous Improvement, Quality Management, and Operations Management. She has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, an M.S. in Management from the University of Southern California, and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University. She holds ASQ certifications as Six Sigma Black Belt and as Manager Quality/Organizational Excellence and is a certified Master Black Belt with the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals. She is co-author of three books: “My Six Sigma Workbook”, “Social Responsibility: Failure Mode Effects and Analysis”, and “A Six Sigma Approach to Sustainability: Continual Improvement for Social Responsibility”.
