About Me: Luis Arturo has 15+ years of progressive Human Resources experience working for leading brands and corporations such as Merck, Novartis and Johnson and Johnson. Luis has had leading HR roles in the US and international markets; supporting commercial, operations and global functions.

Luis is currently the VP, Global Talent Management for Millicom, where in partnership with line leaders he is responsible for successfully positioning the organization for the future in alignment with business strategies and address capability needs. Prior to this role, Luis served as World Wide HR Lead for the Neuro businesses within Johnson and Johnson where he worked in a few roles within HR since 2006.

Luis holds a Master’s degree in human resources from Rutgers University.

Luis resides in the greater Miami area, where he lives with his wife Michelle and his children.
