About Me: Rositsa is an Associate Partner at Dalberg Data Insights where she leads the execution of projects and the management of a complex ecosystem of end users, donors, data providers, and regulators. Her work focuses on public health, access to finance, food security and mobility.

Most recently, Rositsa has led the launch of the Action Insights Data platform (AIDA) in Uganda. The goal is, first, to accelerate the use of private and public data sources and, second, to create an entire data ecosystem for the country, while complying to regulations and ensuring privacy.

Rositsa has worked with partners across East Africa, South America, Europe, and Asia. She is a Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum and an ambassador of One Young World. Rositsa was recently named as one of Forbes' 30 Under 30 Social Entrepreneurs in Europe.
